Qualifications

• Bachelor-level training not required; must be a certified trainer in the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team within a manufacturing cell and address quality issues.
• Maintain 5S in work area and update Daily Management boards.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure safe working environment and training needs.
• Train new associates on standard work, setup, and safety procedures.
• Cross-train on multiple Teams/part numbers as needed.
