• Maintain strong floor presence, engage employees, and address issues in real time.
• Ensure supervisors communicate expectations, manage performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning to support schedule adherence, staffing, priorities, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor key metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to sustain results.
• Drive continuous improvement through kaizen, standard work, problem solving, and waste reduction.
