Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor in Minnesota to actively manage the shift, driving safety, quality, and productivity while fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will own the daily production plan, monitor performance hour by hour, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to remove barriers and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the shift to meet safety and production targets.
• Own daily production plan and monitor performance hour by hour.
• Lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, standard work).
• Coach employees and conduct performance evaluations; support development plans.
• Ensure accurate shift reporting and clear handoffs between shifts.
• Escalate issues early to secure on-time delivery.
