Job summary

Windings, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our New Ulm facility in Minnesota.

This role emphasizes ownership, coaching, and delivering results in a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will maintain daily priorities, monitor performance against plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lead teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, and accountability.
• Prioritize and decide in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to support extended hours or weekend operations.
