Creation Technologies in Minnesota, Rochester, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while meeting productivity targets.

You will manage staffing, equity in performance, and collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to resolve challenges. The role emphasizes corrective actions, cost control, and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2–3 years of manufacturing experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity cost targets.
• Ensure adherence to operational and quality standards to maintain compliant production.
• Manage staffing, output, on-time delivery, and standard compliance within the assigned area or shift.
• Resolve moderately complex production and personnel issues to maintain operational performance.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, Program Management, and maintenance to resolve operational challenges.
• Communicate production performance, issues, and improvement plans to management and cross-functional teams.
• Directly manage production employees to ensure performance, coaching, and accountability.
• Manage labor utilization, overtime, scrap, and rework to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with EHS&S policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; demonstrate EHS&S leadership through identifying and mitigating risks, reporting incidents, encouraging worker participation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring employees receive required training and are competent to work safely and responsibly.
