Job summary

Labelmaster is seeking a Production Assembly Lead to support the Production Assembly leadership on the shop floor. This role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality as you work with metal sheets, small parts, and assembly equipment to meet daily production goals.

You will train, coach, and develop team members, coordinate with managers and supervisors, and help drive ISO 9001 compliance while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Strong verbal communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in supervising or leading production teams.
• Knowledge of assembly processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Assembly leadership and supervise on the shop floor.
• Coordinate daily production tasks and ensure quality standards.
• Train and coach team members to meet safety and production targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow SOPs.
