Job summary

EmergencyMD in Kerrville, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to direct a 5–10 person production team, drive daily performance, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You’ll coach operators, coordinate workflow, and assign tasks by skill and demand while enforcing industry guidelines and the 7 Quality Management Principles.

With a solid technical foundation and problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills, you’ll lead improvements and ensure traceability and consistent results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a manufacturing team of 5–10 personnel.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience interpreting work instructions and using specialized tools.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) standards is a plus.
