Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to lead assembly teams, mentor workers, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety policies.

The role requires interpreting drawings, performing dimensional inspection, and using measuring tools to verify sub-assemblies and finished products. You will coordinate with management, monitor work orders, maintain documentation, and strive for Lean efficiency while training staff and upholding company policies for a safe, clean work

Qualifications

• 7 years of related production, factory or similar work experience.
• National Career Readiness Certificate strongly preferred.
• Certifications in manufacturing such as MT1 or an AA degree preferred.
• National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC) of Silver or better preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Manufacturing Inspector (CMI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs team to focus production efforts based on management, work orders, and materials.
• Mentors team members on processes and best practices.
• Performs repetitive bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Ensure quality and safety by complying with company policies (QEMS) and 6S/SDS/FOD requirements.
• Assists in maintaining clean, hazard-free work areas and safe operation.
• Train and support team members and coordinate with other areas as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings, use measuring tools, and complete documentation accurately.
