Qualifications

• Coaches and trains team members in a manufacturing setting.

• Able to solve quality, scrap and productivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform Assembly Lead-Person duties for multiple production lines.
• Identify strengths and position employees to meet production standards.
• Audit BOMs and process inputs for quality and integrity.
• Schedule and direct an area in the supervisor's absence.
• Develop and implement production methods and cost reductions.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and manage safety hazards.
• Train lead persons and material handlers in proper methods.
• Maintain ISO/lean documentation and records as required.
