Qualifications

• Associates degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field; 3+ years supervisory or lead experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading a production team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged production team across shifts.
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow skills and confidence.
• Monitor production for quality, housekeeping, and safety compliance; interpret drawings and specs.
