Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services, LLC seeks a Team Lead – Forklift Operations for the Weekend PM Shift in Findlay, OH. You will oversee forklift operators, drive safety and quality standards, and mentor staff to achieve daily targets.

You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure accurate inventory reporting, and contribute to a productive, organized warehouse environment during weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Experience with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn).

Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead – Forklift Operations (Weekend PM Shift) to join our team in Findlay, Ohio.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of forklift operators within the warehouse. The Team Lead ensures efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. The warehouse environment may or may not be climate-controlled.
