Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Findlay, OH. This hands‑on leadership role oversees team performance, safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall shift execution.

The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience with a background in forklift operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of forklift experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• WMS, inventory, shipping, receiving, or scanning experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse team members on 2nd shift
• Coordinate workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals
• Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor performance and address operational issues
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Support accurate inventory movement, scanning, and system transactions
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Verify trailers and equipment are safe for loading
• Complete shipping documentation and system updates
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
