Job summary

You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure accurate inventory reporting, and contribute to a productive, organized warehouse environment during weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Experience with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct forklift operators to meet daily targets.
• Safely operate a forklift to move and stack materials.
• Monitor safety protocols and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to forklift operators.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of inventory and task completion.
• Verify trailers and equipment are safe prior to loading.
• Complete shipping documentation and system transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and guests.
