A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering organization at a large, high-volume facility. This hands-on leadership role influences plant reliability, capital projects, and talent development across 24/7 operations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership within manufacturing, strong maintenance/engineering background, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while managing CAPEX and budgets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong industrial maintenance and engineering background.
- Proven experience leading maintenance and/or engineering teams.
- CAPEX and project management experience.
- Hands-on leadership with floor presence and strong communication.
Responsabilités
- Lead 30–35 technical employees across Maintenance, Engineering, MRO and Quality.
- Drive equipment reliability, preventive/predictive maintenance and CI.
- Oversee multi-million CAPEX program and ~$500K/month budget.
- Lead capital projects and mentor the technical team.
- Partner with Operations to improve safety, productivity and reliability.
- Spend ~60% on the plant floor and ~40% on administration.
