Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical engineering/maintenance leader in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostics skills.
• Experience in developing and executing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment availability, mean time to repair (MTTR), and lead structured root cause analysis.
• Build and execute a preventive maintenance program that matures into a CMMS.
• Hire, train, and develop one Maintenance Technician at each site.
