Job summary

Nuvara is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coordinating across engineering, quality, sales, accounting, suppliers, and customers. This senior role oversees purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory, and manufacturing support, while driving process improvements and KPI tracking.

The role requires strong organization, resourcefulness, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with hands-on involvement in multiple priorities across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations and supplier coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ERP/eQMS systems and lean concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Manage supplier RFQs, POs, delivery tracking, and risk communication.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and customers on procurement and delivery needs.
• Oversee CAPA activities and maintain ERP/eQMS records.
• Lead cross-functional projects with scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Support new product development and prototype manufacturing activities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in quality and supplier performance.
• Ensure ISO, OSHA, FDA, EHS, and internal requirements are followed.
