Job summary

Kuva, a subsidiary of Sensirion Connected Solutions, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and planning. You will manage one direct report and drive process improvements across ERP systems and supplier relations, ensuring efficient flow from suppliers to customers.

You will partner with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Sales to support growth and reliable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4–7 years in supply chain, purchasing, or operations in a manufacturing environment.
Experience owning ERP systems (Fishbowl) and training users.
Experience with international shipping, tariffs, and customs.

Responsibilities

Own vendor relationships domestically and internationally, including contract negotiation and master data in ERP.
Purchase all manufactured parts and subassemblies, manage RFQs, evaluations, approvals, and POs.
Oversee receiving operations at dock, count parts, inspections, and ERP data entry.
Develop and maintain manufacturing and purchasing plans aligned to sales forecasts.
Manage inventory accuracy, including off-site locations, scrap tracking, and end-of-life processes.
Lead outbound/inbound logistics, tariff classifications, and packaging/barcode improvements.
Train users on Fishbowl and ensure SAP-Fishbowl integration alignment.
Supervise the Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist and report KPIs to leadership.
