Job summary

nVenia, a Duravant company, is seeking a Sr Director of Operations to lead and scale our end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities. You will partner with the President to drive profitable growth, establish an operating system with KPIs, and build a scalable model for a complex engineered product portfolio.

The role oversees delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and requires strong leadership to develop a high-performing team and robust operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience with full accountability for manufacturing performance.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume or engineer-to-order environments with variability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across Supply Chain, Fabrication/Machining, Production, and Facilities.
• Drive performance across delivery, productivity, cost, and quality with data-driven management.
