Job summary

CLD Physical Security Systems USA is seeking an hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to own fast-moving logistics and warehouse operations across the USA. You will work with the US Head of Operations to coordinate inventory, orders, deliveries and warehouse standards, ensuring products reach customers safely and on time.

You will help sustain continuous improvement, travel within the USA as needed and drive safe, accurate operations while building strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or a related environment.
• Ability to coordinate people, priorities, workflows and resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, practical problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent organisation with attention to detail; proficient with Excel and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate replenishment across US and UK supply chains.
• Prepare and verify customer orders, ensuring documentation, quality and load security.
• Coordinate incoming materials and last-mile deliveries with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and yard, applying safety procedures and standards.
• Resolve customer and quality issues quickly and drive practical improvements.
