Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead inbound/outbound warehousing operations, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient order processing. You will manage staff, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement using LN ERP.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, leadership experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office; OSHA awareness is essential. This is an on-site position in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; military training or extensive relevant experience may substitute.
• 3 years of related factory experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, preferably LN ERP; intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs inbound activities: receipt and storage of goods, inventory management, and claims.
• Oversees outbound activities: order management and stock replenishment.
• Manages workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, overtime control, and cross-training.
