Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Phoenix seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and a high‑performing team. You will drive safety, efficiency, and service levels across receiving, storage, and shipping workflows.

You will lead staffing, schedule optimization, and coaching to maintain cost-effective, compliant operations while continuously improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations or logistics with 3+ in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory and shipping/receiving operations.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) and safety certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations: inbound, outbound, inventory, and workforce supervision.
• Ensure on-time, accurate, and safe goods movement with service level targets.
• Manage staffing needs and daily schedules to match demand and productivity.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards through procedures, training, and inspections.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and boost performance.
• Maintain clean, organized facilities and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Oversee shipping/receiving records and compliance reporting.
• Develop, train, and mentor warehouse staff and foster a strong team culture.
