Saige Partners in DeWitt, IA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a team of 7–8 employees, coordinate daily production schedules, and uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards.

This hands-on leader role emphasizes developing staff, driving performance, and fostering continuous improvement through cross‑functional collaboration with planning, maintenance, and QA.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shift schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production activities and workflow for a team of 7–8.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor quality and safety; enter and maintain operational data.
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
• Escalate issues and make timely decisions to protect productivity.
