Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, coordinate daily activities, and drive safety and quality across the line.

You will mentor teams, manage resources, track metrics, and implement continuous improvements in a fast-paced Iowa plant. This role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor and collaboration with managers to meet production goals and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or maintenance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of leadership in foundry environment preferred.
• Prior lead/supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to meet goals.
• Communicate priorities with foremen and teams to align resources.
• Create team assignments and set expectations for workflow.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and workforce capacity; adjust as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to support daily operations.
• Track department performance; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings and ongoing communication on the floor.
• Coach and support employees; promote safety and development.
• Collaborate with managers to identify improvements and resolve challenges.
• Conduct performance reviews and regular conversations with team members.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
