Job summary

TVS SCS NA in Waterloo, IA seeks an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate manufacturing site activities across all departments. You will supervise shifts, drive safety, productivity, cost control, and customer satisfaction while reporting to the Plant Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Admin or related field, 6+ years in manufacturing or logistics, and 4+ years of leadership. Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Kronos is essential; strong data-driven decision making

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
6+ years of manufacturing, production, or logistics experience.
4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate manufacturing site activities across all departments.
Oversee safety, manpower, quality, and productivity to meet KPI targets.
Develop continuous improvement processes to improve KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
Supervise two shifts and manage timekeeping and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Quality, Materials, and Operations to perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
