Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing, production, or logistics experience.
• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing site activities across all departments.
• Oversee safety, manpower, quality, and productivity to meet KPI targets.
• Develop continuous improvement processes to improve KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
• Supervise two shifts and manage timekeeping and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Materials, and Operations to perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
