Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Spanish, Bengali, Arabic, Creole, French, or Hindi language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: obtain vitals, medical history, phlebotomy and EKG; perform lab orders and point‑of‑care testing; document in EMR.
• Assist with setting up procedures and patient flow; ensure timely rooming and discharge.
• Administrative: organize supplies, maintain clean exam rooms, process checklists and communications.
• Cross-training: assist with chart updates, test ordering, and documentation without recording diagnoses.
