Job summary

TAPCO in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This full-time role is 95% active movement on foot and 5% forklift operation, with a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in a distribution center or similar setting, forklift experience, and proficiency with an Inventory Control System and a WMS. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a distribution center or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years forklift experience loading/unloading.
• Experience using an Inventory Control System.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders.
• Use WMS to look up data and process orders.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE.
• Receive, store, pack, and ship products.
• Label and prepare shipments, manage stock locations.
• Load/unload trucks and inspect outgoing shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
