TAPCO in Brown Deer, WI is seeking a Material Handler to move through a fast-paced warehouse, handling receiving, storage, packing and shipping tasks across multiple shifts.

You will operate forklifts, use the WMS system, and cross-train in picking, packing and receiving. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and interpret English instructions.
• Ability to operate forklift and powered equipment.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pack, and ship products accurately.
• Identify, count, weigh, and verify items against records.
• Load/unload trucks and handle shipping labels and documentation.
• Maintain accuracy with the WMS and inventory controls.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
