Job summary

Tapco is hiring a Material Handler in Brown Deer, WI. This full-time role involves 95% standing and 5% forklift work, with a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Pay is $20.00–$24.00 per hour and based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, and shipping, using a WMS, and ensuring accuracy of orders. Training is provided to handle stand-up and sit-down forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a related role or distribution center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using an Inventory Control System.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pack, and ship product safely and accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment and use WMS for data entry.
• Verify information on shipments against orders and bills of lading.
• Load/unload trucks and prep goods for dispatch.
