Job summary

TAPCO Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler to receive, store, pack, and ship product in a fast-paced DC. This role blends 95% standing and walking with forklift operation, offering growth through cross-training in picking, packing, and receiving.

You will work first shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a benefits-rich program including vacation, holidays, parental leave, a robust 401(k) match, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and interpret English instructions.
• 2+ years' experience in a related role or in a distribution center environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience loading / unloading trucks.
• Experience using an Inventory Control System.

Responsibilities

• Operate needed warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against records.
• Use WMS to look up and process orders.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE.
• Receive, store, pick, pack and ship products.
• Load/unload trucks and inspect shipments.
• Cross-train and adapt to changing needs.
