Job summary

TAPCO is hiring a Material Handler for 2nd shift in Brown Deer, WI. The role involves moving throughout the facility, handling warehouse tasks, and supporting receiving, packing, and shipping activities.

You will train on stand-up and other forklifts, with a focus on accuracy and safety. The job requires good English literacy and ability to work evenings Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and interpret English instructions.
• Operate forklift and other powered equipment.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate needed warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Use WMS system to look up and process orders.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Load/unload trucks and stock items in proper locations.
