Ilocatum is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its state-of-the-art facility in Wisconsin. This hands-on role reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and emphasizes process improvement, KPI achievement, and floor-level collaboration with production teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing engineering within assembly, excellent communication skills, and experience with capital projects. A strong culture values safety, growth, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in an assembly operation.
• Self-starter who can work independently and on a team.
• Capital project experience is helpful.
• Excellent communication with all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day performance.
• Demonstrate strong process improvement to meet KPIs.
• Develop practical solutions and sustain improvements from problem to execution.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor with operators and supervisors.
• Coordinate planning, design, and validation of manufacturing processes.
