Job summary

Atkore International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to be based in Kokomo, IN. You will develop and troubleshoot production lines, collaborating with contractors and end users to gain PPAP acceptance and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing, lean manufacturing experience, and CMMS proficiency, with AutoCAD or SolidWorks skills. You will support maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime while documenting protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and CMMS a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
