Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1–3 years in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, and FMEA.
- Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gauge R&R, and ISO 9001.
- Advanced data analytics and computer skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in concept brainstorming sessions.
- Hands-on engineering for design, material, or process.
- Solve complex problems and recommend design improvements.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting quality issues.
- Create Standard Work documents and maintain documentation.
- Lead projects across the department as needed.
- Research future concepts and monitor technology trends.
