Responsibilities

• Serve as working leader of 3 or more employees in trades and labor tasks.
• Check work in progress and final output for compliance with supervisor instructions on sequence, procedures, methods and deadlines.
• Work with others, setting the pace and performing non-supervisory work of the same kind and level as the group led.
• Measure, cut, construct and/or repair wood, composites, and wood substitute items to fit precisely within allowable limits to produce a serviceable product.
• May drive vehicles up to 5-ton to move furniture and equipment between buildings.
