Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Fort Sill, OK. The role serves as the principal assistant to the Maintenance Manager, overseeing technicians who maintain military equipment and coordinate logistics support for maintenance operations.

You will manage workflow, monitor KPIs, conduct hiring and scheduling, and ensure safety and quality while communicating with supported customers to meet mission requirements on time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of documented supervisory experience in U.S. Army maintenance.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• Ability to obtain CAC and REAL ID driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technicians maintaining military equipment.
• Monitor workflow and KPIs; implement corrective actions as required.
• Handle hiring, scheduling, and personnel requirements for direct reports.
• Coordinate with external staff and interfaces with customers to meet mission requirements.
