• Valid driver's license for on-property vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests and close work orders promptly.
• Oversee make-ready process, inspections, and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
