Job summary

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch – Boerne, Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and responsive service across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility systems.

This working supervisor role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage a maintenance team to meet high standards for pristine facilities and member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, hospitality, resort, club, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and support daily maintenance team activities.
• Assign and prioritize work orders based on urgency and facility needs.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform hands-on maintenance in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, doors, and pools.
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine repair or replacement.
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Inspect completed work for quality and proper operation.
• Maintain records of repairs, preventive maintenance, parts, and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when repairs require specialized services.
• Assist with quotes and evaluating repair or replacement options.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and after-hours issues as needed.
• Help train and develop maintenance team members and enforce procedures.
• Communicate with Facilities Director regarding completed work and upcoming needs.
• Support special events, projects, renovations, and other facility needs.
