Job summary

Champion Ranch in the Texas Hill Country seeks a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Technician to lead a small team and keep the property in excellent condition. You’ll perform repairs, manage systems, and coordinate outside contractors as needed.

You’ll bring 3+ years of facilities experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. This is a full-time on-site role with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance, facilities, construction, or property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and general repair.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
• Maintain buildings, grounds, roads, and irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Coordinate outside contractors when needed
• Monitor property safety and address maintenance concerns
• Assist with facility improvement projects
