Cordillera Ranch Ltd in Boerne, TX is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, buildings, and grounds. The role requires hands-on work, independence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks across departments.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool and kitchen equipment; inspections; emergency response; and maintaining safety and records; experience in hospitality or clubs

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Physical ability to perform labor, including lifting and working outdoors.
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all facilities and equipment.
• Conduct daily property inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Understand and support Audio-Visual needs.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, kitchen equipment, refrigeration and pool pumps.
• Clean and maintain appliances and mechanical spaces.
• Perform scheduled pool maintenance.
