Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep of our club facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. You will coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise staff to deliver high standards of service.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in club maintenance and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in facilities maintenance in a golf club environment.
Experience supervising maintenance staff (1+ year) and setting priorities.
Strong troubleshooting and proactive maintenance planning are preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
Coordinate routine maintenance schedules and safety compliance.
Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, ensuring quality standards.
Monitor maintenance costs against budget and report discrepancies.
