Job summary

Renewing Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for a 100–300 unit community. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality living environments for residents, and manage preventive maintenance and turnovers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and vendors. On-site leadership and on-call duties required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of a 100–300 unit apartment community.
• Lead a maintenance team of 1–5 associates.
• Ensure 30-minute response to emergency service requests and disasters.
• Manage work orders, turnovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and inspect work against scope.
