Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical/industrial tech.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical skills.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Reliability-driven mindset focused on uptime.
• Experience optimizing CMMS scheduling and reporting.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive quality improvements to prevent repeat issues.
• Review rotating equipment conditions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance.
• Participate in equipment design for reliability.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and sketches.
