• Lead maintenance team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop PdM programs and sensor-based monitoring.
• Utilize CMMS/EAM to track asset performance and KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Provide budgets and project progress reports to stakeholders.
