Job summary
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a highly automated manufacturing operation in Milwaukee. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes CNC machinery, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, with accountability for uptime and maintenance costs.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC/electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills, and CMMS proficiency to guide a team and troubleshoot
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading maintenance teams including technicians and trades personnel.
- Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the maintenance team.
- Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls issues.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize downtime while ensuring safety.
- Develop maintenance schedules based on equipment condition and data.
- Monitor reliability, downtime, and maintenance costs.
- Manage outside contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
