Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee cleaning and ongoing maintenance of buildings and grounds. You will plan and direct all maintenance and repair work, and take personal charge of challenging tasks to ensure timely completion.

The role requires five years of hands-on building experience, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity, and knowledge of safety practices. You will work with staff and contractors to keep facilities well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on building maintenance experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of standard practices, tools, materials and safety in building and grounds maintenance.

• Sufficient physical strength to perform tasks continually.

Responsibilities
