Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in landscaping, grounds keeping, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment across the unit. You will oversee repairs, inspections, and safety compliance while coordinating with the Unit Manager.

The role requires 1–2 years maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing knowledge, and strong service orientation to support guests and staff. A valid driver's license is preferred to manage field tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Certification preferred.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and/or Plumbing.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities and willingness to assist others.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Unit Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of the unit's operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure safety/security/business needs.
• Oversee dock walks, landscaping and grounds keeping (lawn, trash, weeds, trimming, sidewalks, bathrooms).
• Perform cleaning on equipment areas and maintenance spaces; manage debris collection.
• Maintain records of cleaning, maintenance schedules, weed spraying, and disposals.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor safety issues and report them to management, ensuring a safe environment.
