Job summary

FF Inc is seeking an Event Coordinator in Winter Park, FL to join our team and support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, and brand activations. You will directly interact with guests, vendors, and partners to ensure events reflect our brand energy and professionalism.

The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and suited for someone who is outgoing, organized, and thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Some evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, event management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, community pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Coordinate event logistics including vendor coordination, setup, signage, and on-site management.
• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide event information, answer questions, and represent the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align event goals with broader brand initiatives.
• Help track event performance, gather feedback, and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Maintain event materials, supplies, and displays to stay polished and on-brand.
