Job summary

FF Inc is seeking an events-focused, organized Event Specialist to support planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, and brand activations across New York. You will coordinate timelines, handle on-site activities, prepare materials, and ensure a welcoming guest experience while collaborating with marketing and vendor teams.

This role is full-time and based in New York. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to lift materials up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Assist with event coordination, schedules, timelines, and on-site activities.
• Prepare event materials, displays, signage, and promotional resources.
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown.
• Communicate with vendors, partners, venues, and internal team members.
• Welcome guests and provide information throughout events.
• Assist with registration, attendee flow, and general guest experience.
• Answer questions about events, programs, products, and services.
• Maintain organized and professional event spaces.
• Monitor event materials and supplies throughout each activation.
• Help coordinate customer and attendee engagement activities.
• Work with marketing teams to support event marketing initiatives.
• Gather attendee feedback and relevant event insights.
• Track participation, engagement, and other event activity.
• Assist with post-event organization and reporting.
