Job summary

FF Inc is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, and brand activations in New York, NY. You will work hands-on with guests, vendors, and partners to ensure events reflect the brand’s energy and professionalism.

In this role, you’ll coordinate logistics, greet attendees, and collaborate with marketing to achieve event goals, while contributing ideas for improvements and maintaining polished displays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, marketing, or events.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Support event logistics including vendor coordination, setup, signage, and on-site management.
• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide event information, answer questions, and represent the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align events with brand goals.
• Help track event performance and collect feedback for improvement.
• Maintain event materials and displays to stay polished and on-brand.
