Job summary

FF Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator in Milwaukee to help plan and execute live events, pop-ups, and brand activations. You will interact directly with guests, vendors, and partners to ensure events reflect the brand’s energy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates are energetic, highly organized, and comfortable working evenings or weekends for events, with strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a hands-on role in events and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Support event logistics including vendor coordination, setup, signage, and on-site management.
• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide event information and represent the brand in a friendly, professional way.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with brand initiatives.
• Help track event performance, gather feedback, and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Maintain event materials and displays to keep everything polished and on-brand.
